Delivery & Returns

We deliver products within a 30 km radius of our factory in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. For deliveries outside of Cape Town, customers are required to arrange their own courier.

When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of the items ordered. Items that are in stock will generally be dispatched on the next business day once payment has reflected in our account.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined by the delivery option selected.

Orders under R300 are subject to a R50 delivery fee.
Orders over R300 qualify for free delivery within a 30 km radius of Montague Gardens. This delivery area includes Noordhoek to the south, Melkbosstrand to the west coast, and Paarl to the north.
Customers may also collect orders directly from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

International Orders

We currently supply products within South Africa only and do not offer international shipping.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Our aim is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be refunded in full, excluding delivery charges, provided that the goods are unused and returned in their original condition.

Any claims for damaged goods or missing items must be reported within two business days of receiving the order.

If the return conditions are not met, www.maxproducts.co.za reserves the right to charge a 15 percent handling fee or to refuse the return. The following conditions apply:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Items and packaging must be returned in new and unused condition.
The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged.
All original items must be included in the packaging.

A Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. The return must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt.

Before returning any items, you must contact us at admin@maxproducts.co.za to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns sent without this authorisation may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled provided that they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the item may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy for a refund.
